StarHub today announced the full artiste line-up for its inaugural StarHub Night of Stars happening on Saturday, 22 December at Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands. The Samsung Galaxy presents StarHub Night of Stars will see popular Asian stars such as Korean leading man Lee Joon Gi, Chinese actress Qin Lan, Taiwanese heartthrob Jasper Liu and Hong Kong actor Joe Ma, come together to celebrate the best of Asian entertainment on StarHub TV.
A total number of 13 awards will be presented to recognise the outstanding work of these artistes in 2018. From the 2018 StarHub Best Newcomer Award to the highest accolades of the night, the2018 StarHub Best Male/Female Asian Star Award, the awards will honour the success of these individuals in their respective acting, singing and hosting fields.
The attending artistes, listed according to territory, are: · China – Qin Lan· Hong Kong – Benz Hui, Joe Ma, Michelle Yim and Rosina Lam· Korea – A.C.E, Cosmic Girls, Jeong Sewoon and Lee Joon Gi· Singapore – Andie Chen, Ann Kok, Christopher Lee, Fann Wong, Kate Pang, Lawrence Wong and Thomas Ong.· Taiwan – Chen Meifeng, Dennis Nieh, Derek Chang, Jasper Liu, Lulu Huang, Pauline Lan and Sam LeeStarHub Night of Stars will take place on Saturday, 22 December 2018 at Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands. Starting from 3:30pm, outside the Sands Theatre, fans can catch their favourite celebrities walking down the red carpet dressed in their best. This will be followed by the awards ceremony at 7:30pm.
The awards ceremony is an invitation-only event and tickets are not for sale. From now to 12 December, on a first-come-first-served basis, customers who sign up for the HomeHub Plus bundle together with the Qiang Dang Yu Le Pack online or at the StarHub Shop in Ion Orchard, will receive a pair of tickets to this star-studded event. Interested parties can also win tickets to the show by taking part in various contests on the StarHub Facebook page (www.facebook.com/StarHub/).
Viewers can catch the premiere of StarHub Night of Stars on Hub VV Drama (StarHub TV Channel 855) on 13 January 2019, 7pm. The show will also be made available on Hub E City (StarHub TV Channel 111/825) on 19 January 2019, 8:45pm and 4 February 2019, 430pm.
